Afaron is an entrepreneur across various industries.
With his skills based predominantly within the music and entertainment industry he has founded podcasts, a talent agency and a music consultancy business.
Afaron is also a music teacher and has over 10 years experience teaching in education. He also has a Ba Hons degree in Music Management & Studio Production 2012 at Buckinghamshire New University.

Afaron has taught in various schools and educational institutions such as the Pegasus Academy Trust and Leaders Community.
The Pegasus Academy Trust (PAT) was the first Primary Multi Academy Trust in Croydon, formed in April 2010 to run our first three schools. We now run six schools on eight sites with over 2000 children and 325 staff. All our schools are located within a ten minute drive of each other in Thornton Heath and South Norwood.
Leaders Community is a ’Not for Profit’ organisation established with the aim of engaging with marginalised children and young people by responding to the rising tide of inequality and youth violence they face in their communities. Our programmes support the empowerment of our learners through consistent, high quality programs, inspirational teaching and support.
